SOMSR has been approached by the Hospital and Medical Care Association ( HMCA ) to offer our members a comprehensive range of low cost care plans. These include Medical, Income Protection, Dental Care, Travel Insurance, Personal Accident and Vehicle Recovery plans.

Their prospectus appears to be very well thought out and has surprisingly few exclusions.
