Hello and Goodbye

At the recent Cutting Edge / SOMSR annual general meeting Chris Wilson, chair for the past 2 years handed over to Peter Coulson as new chair. Many thanks to Chris for his enthusiasm and dedication to promoting the trade. Peter has pledged to bring in new committee members to help shape and push the industry forwards. We are particularly looking for media savvy people who know which buttons to press ( I still can't find the ANY key) If you are willing to give a few hours of your time 4 or 5 times a year we would be very pleased to hear from you. Saying goodbye is Tim Wilford , Mr. Glenway to many of us, who, at the tender age of just 60, has decided to take early retirement. Tim has been a stalwart of the trade for many years and hopefully will stay in touch. To start the movement to a newer and younger committee Tim introduced his colleague, Glenn Gallagher, who will take his place.
