A good idea perhaps

We all know that occasionally things don't always run smoothly and genuine mistakes can happen. A simple repair job can sometimes not work out quite as it should have or as the customer expected

. Sometimes it may be a distinct advantage to take a couple of photos of the job BEFORE you start. And maybe a couple more when you've finished. This way any unwarranted complaints from dissatisfied customers can be easily responded to.

More and more these days we hear of problems caused by people with an overblown sense of entitlement who are eager to be compensated through the law courts for their (sometimes imagined) losses.

Don't get caught out - get that camera / phone out and start snapping.
