What the Sticker Means
When you see the Master Repairer window sticker, you’re not just choosing a local expert, you’re choosing peace of mind.
That means:
The business has passed our vetting and approval process.
They’ve agreed to uphold the Society’s professional standards.
Their work is backed by our public guarantee and dispute resolution promise.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
Mistakes happen. But if you’ve had work done by an accredited Master Repairer and something isn’t right,
you’re not alone, we step in to help.
We offer a clear and fair dispute resolution process designed to get things sorted quickly and professionally.
How Does Our Dispute Resolution Process Work?
Fill out the Report a Problem form with your details,
a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence
(photos, invoice, etc.)
We Review Your Case,
We Help Resolve It,
We offer mediation between you and the repairer,
We take further action if the standards of the Society have been breached.
You Stay Informed
We’ll contact both you and the repairer and carry out a fair and impartial assessment of what went wrong.
You’ll receive updates throughout the process and a final resolution summary.
We're Here to Support You
Our role is to uphold the standards of the repair industry, but just as importantly,
we’re here to make sure the public is protected when they choose to trust a Master Repairer.
If you ever feel something wasn’t done right, we encourage you to speak up.
That’s how we grow, improve, and maintain the trust our name stands for.
